My focus with clients is balance to the body from a structural view point and optimal mobility. Training with purpose of physical needs and desires with nutritional education to match. Good levels of fitness can take less than 30 minutes a day, it should be about feeling strong for longevity and well being, all it takes is a bit of consistency and the right tools to help you feel fitter & stronger
