About Paula Duggan
Paula started as a PT in 2007 post traveling Australia and New Zealand for a couple of years, she found their healthier lifestyle compelling and has been tenacious in her education in this field over the past 14 years.
She has passion for cooking tasty, healthy food that supports energy, good health, satisfaction and family life. Healthy habits are paramount to success, Paula has worked with many people over the years to encourage lifestyle change that ingrains and incorporates how to eat, move and feel healthy.
Most of my education has been with the National Training Centre in Dublin, most recently in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, I never intended to work as a Physical Therapist, I was more interested in a deeper knowledge of body in terms of pain management and corrective exercise. The CHEK Institute in the UK has been a huge contributor to my PT style, which takes focus on holistic integration with an in-depth systematic approach to health and performance, I have studied with the CHEK Institute for many years and will be forever grateful for the knowledge it has allowed me to share especially on deep core activation and stability. I also studied with CNM in Nutritional Therapy for 3 years. Iām currently pursing further education in Exercise and Nutrition, every year I try to take my education to the next level. I am passionate about helping clients reach their full potential at whatever level that maybe at.
Paula trains and educate her clients to lay down the foundations on what works for their bodies in terms of how they move and eat for longevity, good mobility and general health. It is a journey not a fad, change takes time but good habits can last a lifetime!
